What’s new (V4 for booth AIO 4S and AIO 5)

- works with COM ports greater than COM9 so you don’t have to worry about what COM port is your AIO dongle working with;
- has separate Provider Lists for AIO 4S and AIO 5 so you can’t mix iPhone 4 with iPhone 5 settings;
- we have added the new function to save and to load your own settings; Now it’s much easy to save your settings for later and just load them when you need to unlock the same type/model of mobile phone;
- we have added the possibility to load Original PLIST files extracted from iPhone software. Just press Load Settings and select the corresponding carrier.plist file and the software will display the available settings stored in that file; it’s useful for networks not included in our online list giving you the posiblity to be always up to date;
- solved many bugs;
- tested on Windows 8 64 bits, now the software will run without problems on the latest Windows operating system;

The steps to solving SMS problems for Sprint are:

1. Jailbreak - http://www.evasi0n.com/
2. Install  iFunBox - http://i-funbox.com/version_history.html
3. Go to Raw File System - “System\Library\Carrier Bundles\”  and delete 3 directories that need to be deleted:
   1. 310120 ( this can be either a file – symbolic link or directory depending what software you use to browse your iPhone )
   2. Sprint_LTE_US.bundle
   3. Sprint_Virgin_US.bunde
4. Goto Raw File System - ”var\Wireless\Library” and delete all the .plist files you can find there (not all dirs just the plist files !!)
5. Reboot and use AIO-SIM to unlock !

The same steps apply for other carriers only the files that you need to delete are different depeding on carrier’s network IMSI.

One of our users found out that if the carrier card is inserted without and then AIO-SIM is used (in this order) network name and EDGE/3G problem will be also solved. We confirm that this is a valid procedure and we ask you to test. Here is the post of our user Nikita:

“Украина, оператор Life Короче, у кого не работает смотрите что надо делать. Когда отресторили айфон, джейлбрейкнули его, потом удаляете все как описано в тексте(так же не забудьте ужалить плисты в подпапках той папки их атм штук 5-6) вынимаете свою AIO и вставляете только сим своего оператора. Ждете когда загрузится и высветит activation needed — вставляете с AIO и вуаля. Все заработало. Иначе будет писать что нет сети (хотя будет работать) и не будет инета с смс. Это нужно, чтобы без AIO айфон выкачал бандлы для вашего оператора. С АИО это невозможно.

FOR ENGLISH SPEAKING:  AFTER DELETEING FILES .PLIST (ALSO NOTE THAT DELETE ALL PLISTS IN ALL SUBDIRECTORIES) restart yout iphone without AIO, wait for activation message and than only put your aio inside. This is very important step, otherwise you get “no services” instead of operators name and NO edge or SMS working.

This updates are similar in functions and this is why we release them together.

Features:
- solved compatibility problems with CDMA phones that display SIM Invalid message; sometimes this happens after few minutes;
- faster signal aquisition;
- STK application of the original simcard will work better;
- should work with Sprint phones with IMEI starting with 99;
- accepts normal style IMSI settings.

How to use:
Update V28 uses the same type of settings you would use for V24 but it’s different in function as it works more like update V27. It’s especially useful for customers that have CDMA locked phones on networks that are not supported by V27 because there are no settings available to choose from.
Also GSM locked phones can be used with V28. For example one would program an AIO 4S with V28 using the default AT&T settings like you would normally do for AT&T. Another important thing is the fact that you should not use the ICCID unless is necessary. Using ICCID with phones that don’t require ICCID can end up in displaying Searching indefinitely.

For V2 update for AIO 5 the functions are the same as V1 so if there are iPhone 5 settings available in the list use that setting first.

Here is an example video showing the process of unlocking an iPhone 5 locked on Sprint USA using AIO5.

AIO 5 is based on the working technology that we used for our previous unlock card models using the fast and stable F300 IC and a golden contacts FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit).
AIO 5 is an fully updatable product and as before you have the possibility to upgrade your AIO 5 firmware when we release a new and improved version.

Compatibility:
- working SMS/MMS/DATA in addition to normal calling/receiving calls functions;
- tested with US Sprint, UK O2, UK 3, UK Orange, FR Orange locked iPhones;
- does not work with T-Mobile DE using the V1 software release;
- the release V1 of AIO 5 is working on all simcards and phones except simcards for CDMA netoworks (USIM’s). For example you won’t be able to use an Sprint locked iPhone 5 on Verizon but you will be able to use it on other networks in USA. USIM cards are also used by networks like China Telecom, 3 (Hutchinson) etc.

How to use:
- Usage is simple and it’s the same as AIO 4S so for everybody already using AIO-SIM the new product is will be very easy to use indeed;
- The update procedure is the same as AIO 4S and requires the same USB dongle. If you already have an usb dongle for AIO 4S then you don’t need to buy another one;
- You update the firmware of the AIO 5 to V1 (or the latest available firmware release), then you select the network on witch your phone is locked and press update. After that you can just insert AIO 5 into your iPhone and wait for few seconds until you can call and received called; If no signal message is displayed for some time you can select the network manually or reboot the phone.
